ManMade Cycle is an Australian startup dedicated to reducing e-waste by automating the buyback process through innovative software and programs. We offer transparent parts sourcing to extend the lifespan of devices. Our mission is to minimise e-waste by maximising product longevity, ensuring devices are distributed to those in need and repaired with quality parts at fair prices.
ManMade Cycle prioritises the end-of-life process and is constantly evolving to provide the best solutions and transparency to our customers. Our team directs most of our profit towards research and development, and we will not stop until big corporations play a significant role in recycling programs.

Yes, to automate the process, shipping will be free. Simply create a sell order, follow the steps in the checkout, dispatch your device, and wait patiently for the assessment to be completed and get paid accordingly.
You can choose from any of the following options:
- Drop off in Melbourne (Docklands, CBD, or Richmond).
- Free satchel: We will send a satchel to you, but you need to ensure the device is well-packed before dispatching it to us.
- Free Australia Post: We will provide you with an address via email (Reply Paid xxxx), and the shipping will be covered by us. All you have to do is write our details and address in the sender's address section. We will notify you once we have received your device.
If you are a small business or corporation looking to sell more than 5 devices, please fill out the form through https://buyback.manmadecycle.com.au/bulk-order-form, and our account manager will reach out to provide customised solutions based on your current company policy.
Handling & Postage
Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment at the physical location. Customers are required to purchase through our website and pickup when the order is ready for collection.
It will take roughly 4 - 12 hours for order to be ready for collection.
We are located at T5/ 361 Docklands Drive, Docklands, Victoria, 3008.
It takes 1 - 3 business days for express post and 3 - 6 business days for standard post to be delivered to your door.

Return & Warrnty
Sometimes after using your device for a short while there may be something you don’t like. Therefore ManMade Cycle can certainly assist you with returning the device and helping you find something more suitable if returned within 30 days of purchase.
*Please note:
Initial shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund for change of mind refunds. For customers who chose free shipping, a shipping cost of $14.95 ($39.95 for iMac) will be deducted from the refund. We are happy to waive this shipping cost should you choose a direct exchange or store credit to be used towards your next order.
