Warranty Terms

Your warranty is provided by Man Made Cycle Pty Ltd. Your standard warranty is 365-days from the day of purchase. 

If you are facing issues with your device, we will provide a free reply paid address to cover the cost of the return shipping. Please email our friendly support team here to discuss all available solutions. For a speedier return please include as much information as possible, including faults experienced and photos where required.

Please note:

Second hand devices may have signs of use such as minor scratches, dent, or chip.
All devices are 100% Tested, Activated and Inspected with Hardware warranty which excludes liquid damage, dropped, misused, modified devices, software issues, manufacturers battery performance / capacity claims, passcode or iCloud locked. Lithium batteries are a serviceable part which deplete with or without use and may require replacement, this is not a warranty defect.
Devices may or may not come with the original box. The charger and cable will be included.
  • In order to receive a full refund the device must be sent back in its original condition complete with accessories. If a device is returned without or damaged accessories we will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee. If it is returned with significant physical damage the reasonable cost of repair will be charged.
  • ManMade Cycle will endeavour to repair, replace, or refund the order, if the device is found to be faulty, within the warranty period, and the reported fault not associated with any of the exclusions mentioned above.
  • Our technicians must be able to verify the reported fault with the device. If no fault is verified the device will be returned to the customer, and the customer is to bear the shipping costs.

  • If the device is under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will send it back for repair or replacement. Please note that in this case, the process will take 8-15 business days. We strongly advise you to bring it directly to the manufacturer to shorten the lengthy process.
  • Devices must not have any internal liquid damage, physical damage, cosmetic damage or be iCloud/activation locked.

  • If you change your mind (it happens to best of us), please contact info@manmadecycle.com.au. We're eager to assist with exchanges or refunds, provided the item is returned within 30 days of delivery. However, return shipping costs are not covered by us. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used by the purchaser. All accessories and devices should be returned in their original condition and in the ManMade Cycle packaging.

  • For brand new devices, we do not offer a change of mind policy. This also applies to our Trade and Save collection.

  • Initial shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund for change of mind refunds. For customers who chose free shipping, a shipping cost of A$15.95 (A$39.95 for iMac) will be deducted from the refund. We are happy to waive this shipping cost should you choose a direct exchange or store credit to be used towards your next order.
  • Man Made Cycle will not be held liable for any loss of data. We recommend to back up your data before sending your device in.
  • Whilst Man Made Cycle recognises a consumer's choice to choose any third party repairer for any repairs, ManMade Cycle reserves the right to inspect any previous repairs done on the devices and may reject any return that has evidence of a poor quality repair. We will be unable to offer an in-warranty repair or replacement on any component that has been repaired by a third party, however we may be able to offer a paid repair in this situation alongside any needed warranty repairs
  • A return authority (RA) must be obtained prior to sending the product(s) back. If a customer has not contacted us prior to sending the product(s) back, or have not sufficiently obtained an RA number, Man Made Cycle will reject the return and return the parcel to the sender. It is advised to package the return carefully and to add tracking to the parcel.
  • Man Made Cycle will not be held liable for any damage incurred during transit, or for items lost in transit.

  • Man Made Cycle may deduct the fees incurred by financial institutions from the amount refunded.

  • For purchases made using the "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) method, we regret to inform you that any merchant fees paid cannot be refunded for orders cancelled due to change of mind. Be advised that the prevailing merchant fees for Afterpay transactions stand at 6.3%.
  • Man Made Cycle reserves the right to reject any returns if the warranty sticker is tampered or removed by the consumer, and reasonable cost of repair will be charged. 

  • For brand-new and certified refurbished devices, a change of mind can only be accommodated with a credit option.

Trade and Save (Coming Soon)

  • This section applies to customers who purchase our brand new devices and trade in their used devices.

  • The brand new product might be sourced from other local retailers and distributors.

  • The minimum trade-in value we accept is A$100. If you are trading in devices with a value below A$100, please note we cannot accept them as trade-ins.

  • We accept trade-ins through mail-in or drop-off at our Melbourne locations. In cases of discrepancies—such as condition, fault, or model not as described—the customer will need to cover any differences.

  • If the trade-in value exceeds the device value, our team will refund the difference to you as trade-in credit, which you can apply toward a future purchase.

  • The incoming and return shipping costs are covered by us, except in the following cases: iCloud-locked devices, forgotten passwords, incorrect model selected, fraud, and stolen goods.

  • Stolen goods will be reported to the relevant authorities and will not be returned.

Karen Free Zone: In cases where a customer is rude or disrespectful to our team members or disregards any of the terms listed above, our team reserves the right to decline the trade-in and refuse service.

Typographical Errors:

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Man Made Cycle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Man Made Cycle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a credit may be applied instead.
