We do offer genuine parts and third party parts, and our technician will be able to guide you through which is preferable depending on different circumstances.

We are able to diagnose when you bring your device in or mail it in to us. The eta for repair will varies according to complexity of the repair.

We do provide 12 Months warranty on Apple Genuine Parts and 180 days warranty for each third party repair/ replacement job provided, which is far better than the average industry warranty period (90 days).
