ManMade Cycle ®
Pricing

One monthly fee. Every leaver’s device comes back.

Wiped, certified, and worth something — resale value returns to your invoice as credit.

Why per employee

Most companies quietly lose 15–20% of laptops when employees leave. At today’s device prices, that’s usually more than our entire annual fee — before counting the hours your IT team spends chasing couriers and ex-staff.

We charge per employee, per month. You stop losing devices, stop chasing them, and get resale value back as a credit on your invoice. For many fleets, the program pays for itself.

Plans

All prices in AUD, per employee per month, billed annually. Logistics (couriers, packaging, customs) are passed through at cost — never marked up, never hidden in the fee.

The resale credit

This is the part nobody else can offer, because nobody else owns the warehouse.

Every device we recover is graded, erased, and — if you don’t want it back — resold through our channels. Your share of the proceeds comes back as a credit against your platform fee. A three-year-old business laptop currently returns strong resale value, so a typical 500-person company sees credits that offset a large share of the annual fee.

You’ll see every device, its grade, and its sale price in your dashboard. No black box.

Getting started

What it takes to go live — and the guard-rails that keep the fee predictable.

01

Implementation

One-time A$3,000–8,000 depending on integrations (HRIS, MDM, SSO). Includes fleet onboarding into the asset register.

02

Minimum commitment

A$15,000/year on Recover. Under ~150 employees? Talk to us — we have a flat-rate small-team plan.

03

Additional countries

ANZ coverage is included. Each additional APAC country is a one-time A$2,500 activation (partner vetting, workflows, compliance checks), then recoveries run at standard rates.

04

Fair-use band

Plans include offboarding volume up to 20% annualised attrition. Above that — say, a restructure — additional recoveries are billed per event at A$180 domestic / from A$320 international, so a one-off event never forces you onto a bigger plan.

Not ready for an annual plan? Run a 90-day pilot.

Pick two or three countries where recovery hurts most. We handle every offboarding in that window — you get the dashboard, the certificates, and a report showing recovery rate, days-to-recovery, and dollars returned. Pilot fee from A$3,500 plus per-recovery rates, fully credited if you convert to an annual plan.

FAQ

The questions every IT and finance team asks before signing.

Do you integrate with our HRIS?

Native HRIS integrations are on our roadmap. Today, offboarding triggers run through a simple notification workflow — a cc, a form, or a weekly export, whatever your HR team already does. Most customers prefer this to start: it means zero IT change requests and you’re live in days, not weeks. Same outcome either way — a leaver is flagged, and we take it from there.

Why per employee and not per pickup?

Because you’re not buying pickups — you’re buying the guarantee that offboarding is handled, whoever leaves, wherever they are. Per-employee pricing means your cost is predictable and our incentive is a clean process, not more billable events.

We use Intune/Autopilot — doesn’t that already wipe devices?

A remote wipe only fires when the device comes online, and it doesn’t bring the laptop back. Check your console for wipes still “pending” from departed staff — those devices are unwiped, unrecovered, and still on your asset register. We physically recover the device, erase it with a certificate your auditor accepts, and return its resale value to you.

What happens if an employee just doesn’t return the laptop?

On Recover and Circulate, that becomes our escalation to run — structured follow-ups, formal notices, and status visibility the whole way. You see it in the dashboard; you don’t chase anyone.

What’s a pass-through cost?

Couriers, packaging, and customs, billed at what they cost us with receipts. We keep them out of the platform fee so freight-price swings never quietly inflate your subscription — and you can see exactly what logistics actually cost.

We’re facing AASB S2 / customer Scope 3 requests. Does this help?

Yes — every redeployed or resold device generates auditable circularity and avoided-emissions data, per serial, exportable for your sustainability report.

Contract length?

12 months standard. Pilots are 90 days with no ongoing commitment.

Which countries do you cover?

Australia and New Zealand natively, with vetted partner coverage across Singapore, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia — activated per country as you need them. If your people are somewhere else, ask; client-led expansion is how our network grows.
