Instructions

1. Select the device you would like to trade in with us.
2. Add to cart if you are happy with the trade in price.
3. Add the device you would like to purchase to your cart.
4. Pay the difference, if applicable.
5. Send your device within 7 days following the shipping instructions provided via email, or drop it off at our Williamstown, VIC location.
6. Once we receive and inspect your device, and if it matches the description, we will ship out your brand-new device or send you an email for collection if you prefer to pick it up personally.
   
   

For customers dropping off their device at the store, please note that there will be an assessment period of up to 4 hours before we can confirm the final value of the device.
