You are only applicable to purchase when you trade in your used device with us. 

Instructions

1. Select the device you would like to trade-in with us.
2. Add to cart once happy with the trade-in price.
3. Add the device you would like to purchase to your cart.
4. Pay the difference, if applicable.
5. Send your device within 7 days following the shipping instructions provided via email, or drop it off at our Williamstown North, VIC location.
6. Once we receive and inspect your device, if it matches the description we will ship out your purchased device, or send you an email for collection if you prefer to pick it up personally*.

*For customers dropping off their device at the store, please note that there will be an assessment period of up to 4 hours before we can confirm the final value of the device.
