ManMade Cycle is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Device Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing a variety of devices, including but not limited to MacBook, PC, iPhone, and iPad, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Location: ManMade Cycle HQ, Docklands, Melbourne
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of devices, including MacBook, PC, iPhone, and iPad, to evaluate functionality, performance, and reliability
- Identify and document any defects, malfunctions, or issues that arise during the testing process
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any identified problems
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all relevant scenarios
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in device testing
- Help with pack and dispatching devices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in device testing, preferably with a focus on MacBook, PC, iPhone, and iPad
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to quickly identify and address issues
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Solid understanding of various testing methodologies and processes
- Effective communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
- Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
